Description	Dated May, in the 14th year [?of the reign of Charles II] between (1) [Charles] Agard and (2) [John Mundy] re land and buildings occupied by William Mousley and Francis Harrison, blacksmith, including Gorsey Close [Incomplete] attached to agreement dated 3 Sep 1666, signed by Ro[bert] Jaison and William Squire. Charles Agard agrees to pay £1 6s 8d for tithes on the Riddinge, the Botstake and the Little Ouldam to the Peter Watkinson, vicar of Hanbury, Co Staffs
