Feoffment by William Ashmole of Repton wheelwright, and Sarah, his wife (sister and co-heir of Rev John Hutchinson who died intestate) and James Mugliston of Repton, plumber and glazier (nephew and co-heir of Rev John Hutchinson) to William Matthews of Repton, yeoman, in consideration of £93 4 4d paid to the Ashmoles by Mugliston, of lands as D927 C/T 3, to the use of James Mugliston, with covenant to levy a fine.
