Title
Letter from F. Phillips to Philip Lyttelton Gell, after 16 years of not being in touch, and enclosing money for Jowett Memorial Fund
Date
7 May 1896
Description
Letter addressed only to Gell, but includes references to Balliol College and Jowett Memorial Fund, which suggest it was meant for Philip Gell, although he has added in a note at the top that it was meant for someone else, presumably his brother Henry Willingham Gell, who also attended Balliol.
