Copy of conveyance by Offley Shore of Clifton Hall, Ashbourne, and others (trustees of the Presbyterian Chapel, Findern) to William Pigot and George Edge, overseers of the Poor of Findern, Joseph Watson and John Fitchett of Willington, churchwardens of Willington, James Poyser and Thomas Watson churchwardens of Stenson, John Hicklin the younger and Robert Turner, both of Twyford, overseers of the poor of Stenson, in consideration of £150, of a parcel of ground at Findern with the chapel and other erections thereon formerly used as a Presbyterian Chapel and now as a school upon trust that the premises be for the sole use and behoof of a school master to teach and instruct the children, males and females of all the poor of Findern, Willington and Stenson as are not worth in lands and goods above the value of twenty pounds sterling 27 Dec
