Valuation of house known as "Westfield", 15 Meols Drive, Hoylake, Cheshire [The Wirral] belonging to the late Mr Thomas Carline Eastwood.
Valuation of property at Littleover, near Derby belonging to the late Thomas Carline Eastwood: House, Burton Road, occupied by Mr Blake and Blacksmith's shop; 2 cottages, Park Lane, occupied by Mr Armishaw and Mr Cook; 2 cottages, Park Lane occupied by Mr Ford and Mr Allsebrook; Old block of buildings, corner of Park Lane and Burton Road occupied by Mr Lamb (old stables and and cart shed); Field used as allotments facing Burton Road, area about 1/2 acre; Post Office and cottages, Burton Road occupied by Miss Bryan, Mr Spalding and Mr Mockridge.
Principal owing on mortage of a message of land and premises known as "Searham", (Seacroft) Skegness in the County of Lincoln.
