Doe Lea and Rowthorne Women's Institute (2001-2022), formerly Doe Lea and District Women's Institute (1925-2001) and Rowthorne Women's Institute (1950-2001)
Administrative History
The Doe Lea and District branch of the Derbyshire Federation of Women's Institutes was formed in 1925, with Rowthorne Women's Institute being formed in 1950. In 2001, the two merged and were enlarged to form the Doe Lea & Rowthorne Women's Institute. The enlarged branch was suspended in 2022.
