Mostly small jobs, such as converting closets to WCs, repairing roofs, coppers and chimneys etc.

- building in a new damp course at Woodward’s Farm Twyford
- sinking a well in a field at Wilson
- forcing house for Mr. R. Astle
- milk cooling shed for Peggs Farm Stenson
- new floor and chimney rebuilding plus ceiling and roof repairs at White Swan Melbourne for Nottingham Brewery Co. (1935 or 6)
- cement rendering cowshed walls at Miss Beresford’s Chellaston 1936
- Cowshed at Rosliston for Derbyshire County Council (DCC) under four contracts (£506 13s 3d)
- contract at caretaker’s house Melbourne School for DCC architects dept (£132 17s 6d), plus window cut out on staircase and another in larder
- new bathroom at Melbourne lock-up for DCC architects department
- unspecified work at Long Eaton church
- re-lining furnace and new oven floor at Mr. Hughes bakery in Melbourne Market Place
- converting eight closets to WCs at Pingle Cottages for Mrs. W. H. Collyer
- work at Melbourne Gas Works
- Melbourne Estate Houses built under contract £2665 10s
