(1935 or 6) - cement rendering cowshed walls at Miss Beresford’s Chellaston 1936 - Cowshed at Rosliston for Derbyshire County Council (DCC) under four contracts (£506 13s 3d) - contract at caretaker’s house Melbourne School for DCC architects dept (£132 17s 6d), plus window cut out on staircase and another in larder - new bathroom at Melbourne lock-up for DCC architects department - unspecified work at Long Eaton church - re-lining furnace and new oven floor at Mr. Hughes bakery in Melbourne Market Place - converting eight closets to WCs at Pingle Cottages for Mrs. W.
