- Lease for 60 years from John Goodall to Walter Pike, 6 April 1827
- Assignment of lease by way of mortgage for securing £400 plus interest between Walter Pike and William Johnson, 1 March 1840
- Assignment of leasehold for the residue of 60 years between William Johnson, Walter Pike and Richard Sale, 26 March 1849
- Agreement for the purchase of freehold land situate at or near Normanton Road, to be sold by William Sewell of Wadsley Lodge near Sheffield to several persons (including James White of Irongate, surveyor and Joseph Porter of Weston on Trent, farmer. Dated 1885 but not executed. The land to be sold off in 106 plots as per the schedule which is incomplete. With plan referring to Porter Street, Clifton Street, Lumley Street, Wilton Street, Pembrook Street, Clarence Street and Corporation Street. Clarence Street is shown in the position as it currently is, the current Porter Street is at right angles to that shown on the map (which shows Corporation Street).
