Signed by John Slacke, Henry Cork, Thomas Wardle, John Percival, John Prince, Edward Ratcliffe and James Bournford as "Seen and Allowed by us" 3 Nov 1727.
A label on the reverse reads "Different account of the Churchwardins [sic] & Headborough of Sheen &c"
