By William Bigg of Puckeridge (Herts), farmer (only son and heir of William Bigg deceased), to Thomas Bangs of Puckeridge, carpenter, of a messuage, yard and garden at Puckeridge, in the parish of Braughing (Herts), formerly known as the "Crown Inn" but now divided into six cottages in the tenure of Edward Barber, Richard Brown, Sarah Waterman Samuel Kierby, Benjamin Parker and Elizabeth Wright.
