Thomas Burton Lucas of Hasland clerk, to Edmund Gilling Maynard of Chesterfield, esq., and John Charge of Spital, esq., reciting the will of Bernard Lucas of Hasland, deceased (1838), whereof Maynard and Charge are trustees, in consideration of £200 paid and £1,800 to be paid of a dwelling house and outbuildings at Calow (3r.) with Crook Acre (5a. 1r. 12p.), the Badby (5a. 2r. 32p.), North Badby (5a. 11p.), Great Close (10a. 3r. 22p.), part of Great Field (5a. 4p.), Low Croft (3a. 2r. 39p.), and the Croft (3a. 1r. 36p.) to uses as expressed in the will of Bernard Lucas.14 June
