By William Lomas of Mosborough, sicklesmith, and Martha, his wife, and Edward Plant of Mosborough, labourer and Hannah his wife, (William and Hannah being surviving devisees of Sarah widow of William Gladwin of Pratt Hall, p. Brampton) to Philip Webster of Cutthorpe Hall, p. Brampton, gentleman, and Robert Whall of Chesterfield, gentleman, in consideration of £155 paid to Lomas by Webster and £155 paid to plant by Whall of 2 closes at Birley, p. Brampton, known as Ashen Cliffs (8a. 2r. 14p) to be equally divided between Webster and Whall.
