Title
Lease and release by Thomas Hodgkinson of Quarndon (Leics), gentleman (only child and heir of John Hodgkinson) and Mary his wife, to William Willamott of Ashover, yeoman, in consideration of £205, of a cottage and garden at Ashover (tenant Thomas Flint) with a close known as the Pingle at Marsh (2a.), and a parcel of land called the Hillocks or little Hillocks (1a.), with the cottage or building thereon (tenant William Cundy). 9/10 December
