Description
To her brother Humphrey Brocksopp, all her land at Shirland Lodge, that is half of two closes (22 acres) with an allotment upon Stomebroom and 3 houses in Alfreton; to her sister Lydia Brocksopp, all het land at Cock Top, parish Tibshelf; the allotment on Tibshelf Upper Moor to be sold to pay her legacy to Ruth Smith; to Lydia also, all her household furniture, except the best chest of drawers which is to go to her brother James Brocksopp; to James also, all her houses and land at Ainsmoor, parish North Wingfield; to her brother William Brocksopp, all her copyhold estate at Hucknall Huthwaite (Nottinghamshire) with all the common right and land called Strawberry Bank; to Lydia also, all her wearing apparel; her quick stock to be sold and the money applied to paying Ruth Smith's legacy with all her ready money; Humphrey and Janes executors.
