Title
Marion Welfit at Orgarth Hill to Miss Brocksopp at Miss Walton's
Date
12 Mar 1832
Description
I am at a loss to conceive the cause of your silence since you Left Louth Park; I have been confined to my room the whole winter from severe indisposition; I have just come here to try a change of air; Mr Beasley came to Kiddington (Oxford) the day you left; there were two balls at Louth lately, very genteely attended, and tonight there is a concert in the Mansion House with Miss Stewart from Yorkshire; the gentleman you so admired, Mr F Wilson, has obtained a lucrative office; let me hear from you very soon.
