Description
Beardsley assigns to William Wragg of Stretton Hall, yeoman, a messuage etc. Close Below the House, Fish Pond Close, the Pingle, Little Close, Oak Close, Barn Close, Four Day Work Close, Bean Hole and Croft, Little Close by Olivers and the 3 Carr Closes (43 acres) at Shottle, for the remainder of a 21 year term, upon trust to Beardsley's use until the marriage, then to allow Beardlsey to receive the profits etc. for his life, with remainder of one moiety to his executors and of the other to the use of Anne for her life, with remainder to her children, if any; Anne assigns to Wragg a messuage, farm and lands at Callow, upon trust to her own use until the marriage, then to the use of Beardlsey until all her children by Robert Greatorex are 21.
