Release to follow lease by Charles, Duke of Shrewsbury to William Ragg, Humphrey Oldfield and James Hawxley of Stretton, yeomen, in consideration of £1958 10s of 1/3 part of messuage, lands, etc. whereof Thomas Gladwin of Tupton, deceased had another 1/3 part, a 1/5 part of the Duke's 1/3 oart of all mines, quarries etc. and 1/5 part of his 1/3 part of all cottages, commons etc. at Stretton.
