DescriptionLydia conveys to her brother William Hodgkinson of Ashover, yeoman, and George Wragg of Aston Lodge, Treeton (Yorkshire), brother of William, her messuage near Little Moor, Ashover, with Little Close, Barn Croft, Corn Close, the Meadow, Great Wood, and Little Wood, upon trust to the use of William Wragg in fee simple; William conveys to Hodgkinson and Wragg a third part of Stretton Hall with a third part of the Meethes, Kiln Croft, Upper and Nether Dopfield, Broome Close, Fennell Croft, Over Clog Croft, Shawshrogge, Over Briking Flatt, Nether Briking Flatt, Hodgcroft, Rye Hills, Pitts Hills, Over and Nether Birking Flatt, Loocroft als. Clogcroft and Fennel Croft (123 acres 31 perches), a third part of 3 closes lying near Stretton Hall called the Launds and a close called the Pausteads(12 acres), upon trust to his own uses as he may direct by deed or will, subject to an annuity of £17 to Lydia for her life.
