Title
Power and authority by the freeholders of the manor of Stretton to Richard, Earl of Burlington, and Richard Turburt: reciting that the commons of Anemoor, Hen Moor, Woolley Moor and Smithy Moor are now of little use or profit but if they were enclosed and converted to tillage would be greatly improved; and reciting that the lords of the manor are desirous of enclosing the same; to divide and enclose, the said commons, by authority of parliament or by commission out of Chancery (unexecuted).
