Assignment by John Wragg of Chesterfield, tallow chandler, and Elizabeth, his wife, to William Wragg of Stretton Hall, yeoman, in consideration of £20, of the remainder of a lease made to John Stones of Ashgate, deceased, and Edmund Barnes of Ashgate, yeoman, for getting coals at Ashgate, of all their share in the coal mines at Ashgate, and of all their share in the tools, engines, etc. which were left to Elizabeth by the said John Stones, her father.
