William Hunter, Intake Colliery, Sheffield to J G Barnes: I send a copy of a note from John Charge stating that they will let me have the piece of coal belonging to Cecil's estate but cannot state the terms at present; I have nevertheless arranged to do without it; the engineer set out the Engine Pit last Monday; I intend to begin sinking in 7-10 days.
