Henry Barnes, Liverpool, to Alfred Barnes, Chesterfield: I got back from Durham last night; I left William with the understanding that he and his wife would go to Ilkley today; if he does not change soon, he will have to be put in confinement again; he is as mad as a march hare but keeps himself quiet before medical men; he is sueing Dr Jepson and Mr Stephenson for illegally putting him under restraint and turning him off his farm.
