Title
Lease by John Wright of Brampton, pot maker, to David Barnes and John Wilkinson of Brampton, gentlemen, of all coal beneath a close at Brampton called Lound Greave (1 acre 1 rood 8 perches) lately purchased by Wright from William Waller, with liberty to drive two soughs to unwater the basset part and deep part of the coal, and to sink one shaft; for 30 years at a peppercorn rent until the first sough is driven, then £40 per acre for all coal unwatered and got, and £40 per acre for all coal thus unwatered and got.
