Title	Release and indemnity by William Waller of Walton esquire and Edmund Gilling Maynard of Chesterfield, esquire to J G Barnes; whereas the late Robert Waller devised (6 June 1818) all his real and personal estate to his son William, charged with several legacies and also devised to Barnes, during the life of his daughter Ann Waller, an annuity of £120 upon trust for the benefit of Ann, who died on 28th February last, intestate, leaving Ann Waller, her mother, William, her brother and Elizabeth, wife of Edmund Maynard, her only next of kin; and whereas Barnes has made a full account of all his receipts of the said annuity and payments therefrom; in consideration of £906 14s 3d accumulated from the annuity, from all claims and demands by reason of the said annuity.
