Title
Probate of Margery Wilson of Elmswood Road, Aigburgh near Liverpool, spinster: to her sister Isabella Wilson all her household furniture, plate, books, glass, etc. and other personalty; to her sisters Elizabeth Robinson and Mary Pain, £50 each; all het estate, real and personal, to her executors upon trust to convert the same to money, upon trust to pay her sister Margaret Wilson £20 per annum for life and to pay the residue of the income to Isabella for life, and after the death of Isabella to pay Elizabeth and Mary £300 each and upon trust to pay her sisters Sarah Ann Barnes and Charlotte Barnes £100 each; as for the remainder of her estate to pay the income to Margaret for life and then to divide such remainder between Elizabeth, Mary, Sarah and Charlotte; Alfred and Charles Barnes to be executors. Will dated 21 April 1840. Proved at Liverpool.
