Title
Abstract of settlement upon marriage of William Wasteneys (son of Simon Wasteneys of Edlington Yorkshire and Mary his wife) and Mary Mirfin daughter of Reverend Joseph Purslove of Silkston (Yorkshire) whereby a sixth part of a house and lands at Little Newbold is conveyed to Samuel Phipps and George Purslove to the use of William Wasteneys in fee simple; with covenant by Wasteneys to David Barnes who has bought the above premises, for the production of title deeds.
