TitleAgreement between David Barnes of Ashgate, grazier and Samuel Heath of Sheffield, cutler, whereas Heath is possessed of a small tenement and garden which he has sold to Barnes, Barnes agrees to pay Heath £3 6s and to pay a further £2 7s to Peter Hibbert of Baslow provided that Ales Heath, wife of John Heath deceased, deliver up the premises at Lady Day next; Barnes agrees that Ales shall hold the tenement for life at 6d per annum.
