Copy will of Hannah Oakes of Sheffield, spinster: appoints her brother, Joseph Oakes and his wife Sarah as her trustees and executors; her bookcase, 3 shares each in the Sheffield Banking Co and Sheffield Fire Office and 2 shares in Sheffield Gas Co to Joseph together with all debts which he owes her; all her real estate and the residue of her personal estate to Joseph and Sarah upon trust to sell the real estate and invest the money, to pay an annuity of £70 to Joseph for life and an annuity of £10 to Hannah, second wife of her brother Edward Oakes, deceased for life; after the death of Joseph, to set apart £600 and £800, the remainder of the investments to be held in trust for the 5 children of Edward Oakes; the income from the £600 to be paid to her niece Eliza Knight for life, with remainder to her children; the income from the £800 to be paid to Edward Oakes, son of Edward Oakes by his first wife for life, with remainder to his children.
