Title	Copy of probate of will of James Banks of Ible yeoman

Description	To son James, all real estate in Hognaston, Brassington, Ible and Bonsall; to daughter Mary, wife of John Marple of Bonsall, £10, together with a bond in £200 and a further £20, was left to Mary by testator's brother, Samuel. Executors ot be James and William Ashton of Winster. Will dated 1 January 1760, proved at Chesterfield 7 May 1761
