Conveyance of premises in exchange for security for a rent charge: The Very Rev. Rodulphus Bagnall of Birmingham (and others) clerks, (as trustees under a deed of 26th August, 1836), to Charles Cammell of Norton Hall of a close of land and site of lodge and carriage drive, etc.

Description
Lands as shown on map attached, subject to Cammell supplying certain buildings with water from the well on the said land (all marked on map) through the present pipes or otherwise. Cammell also grants to the trustees two closes formerly called Middle meadow and Bottom meadow, with messuages etc., to the use that the trustees may receive a clear yearly rent charge of £25 chargeable from the premise. Covenant as to deeds. (The map attached shows the entrance to Brookfield from Hathersage village and the Roman Catholic Chapel of St. Michael. Scale village and the Roman Catholic Chapel of St. Michael. Scale 2 chains to 1 inch. Deed revised in pencil).
