Abstracts of title of two properties (a) the Upper Shaws and Nether Shaws and (b) The Great Shaw, of Little Shaw etc.

Description
Both properties were acquired by Joseph White of Hathersage, shopkeeper, and under his will descended to his grandson Joseph Kitchen. The latter bequeathed them to the Revs. William Davey, James Tolley and William Dillan (Roman Catholic priests) to hold as joint tenants for their own use and benefit. (Wills abstracted).
