Description
Consideration: £600. They shall sell the property for repayment to themselves of £600 and the overplus to be paid to such person as Hadfield shall appoint unless he redeems the property within a certain time. He likewise agrees to surrender the following copyhold property in Hatfield Manor court, to their use for so much of the sum of £600 as shall remain unpaid:- Payne Croft, lands in Fan Car, East Field and West Field, all in Fishlake, Yorkshire
