Title
Copy of Deed to make a tenant and lead uses: The Rev. Charles Hadfield of Brookfield, clerk and Hellen his wife, only daughter and heir of John Camm late of Brookfield, yeoman, deceased and niece of Thomas Camm, to John Dowding of Queen Street, London, gentleman and others, for docking and barring the entail of a messuage at Brookfield and closes belonging called the Meadow at the door, the Wheat Croft, the Coat Leas, the Coatfield etc., and another messuage at Brookfield called Stones farm and closes belonging, and three closes called Horsnells; and other farms called the Parkinfield and the Reaps in Hope Woodland and a parcel of land called White Walls also in the woodlands

Description
To trustees stated uses viz. To Charles Hadfield and Hellen his wife for their lives, then in trust for a term of 1,000 years for raising sums not exceeding £1,000 for their sons and daughters as they shall direct by deed or will, and after this trust is fulfilled, to Camm Hadfield their eldest son, for ever.
