Title	Abstract of title of the assignees and mortgagees of Mr Henry Cocker to freehold property at Hathersage, purchased by Mr. David Cooper and forming lots 14 and 15 of the property auctioned on 8th March, 1848

Description	Abstracts include:- 1825. Conveyance by John Brightmore of Highlowe, farmer, to Henry Cocker, of building called Smilters Farm and afterwards Hodgkinsons Farm, but now decayed, and several closes called the Great Meadow, etc., and a yard with the barn thereon and closes, etc. 1825-47. Details of subsequent mortgages made by Cocker and assignment of the premises under a Commission of Bankruptcy. (Only the premises purchased by Cooper described in detail; these did not include the actual mill)
