Description
Abstracts include:-
1825. Conveyance by John Brightmore of Highlowe, farmer, to Henry Cocker, of building called Smilters Farm and afterwards Hodgkinsons Farm, but now decayed, and several closes called the Great Meadow, etc., and a yard with the barn thereon and closes, etc.
1825-47. Details of subsequent mortgages made by Cocker and assignment of the premises under a Commission of Bankruptcy. (Only the premises purchased by Cooper described in detail; these did not include the actual mill)
