Description | Abstracts include:- 1825. The Trustees acting under John Staley Vessey’s marriage settlement, and several of the 8 children of the said Vessey conveyed 7/8 part of the premises to the trustees of the marriage settlement of James Holworthy and Anne his wife and to Hannah Wright, in undivided moieties. Holworthy’s moiety left by the will of Mrs Anne Holworthy to her sister Anne Wright. 1824 and 1825. The other 1/8 part conveyed to James Holworthy by Joseph Harvey and John Horrocks, another descendant of Vessey, and of the mortgagee |
