Title	Abstract of title of the devisees in trust under the will of Hannah Wright to the Brookfield estate, including Birley farm and Birley closes, Cliffe farm, etc.

Description	Abstracts include: Brookfield: 1825. A.A. Shuttleworth, Esq’s conveyance to trustees of Jas. Holworthy’s marriage settlement (quoted) and Hannah Wright, of the messuage called Brookfield in Hathersage, a messuage called Stones farm and named closes, together with a pew in Hathersage Church; to be held to the use of Holworthy and Hannah Wright in moieties. Birley Farm: 1729. Conveyance by John Walhead of Birley in Outseats hamlet and Susannah his wife of John Heald of Offerton, of a messuage in Birley and closes, late the estate of his father Thomas Walhead 1777. Heald’s Settlement and 1806 will of John Heald the younger, leaving Birley farm to his son-in-law John Unwin. Unwin mortgaged the property by various deeds and it was sold by him and the mortgagees to Jas. Holworthy and Hannah Wright in moieties. Cliff Farm: 1741. Sold by Henry Balguy to John Littlewood and by him to George Boam and left to the Morton family of Cliff House. Sold to Hannah Wright in 1845. The Hill: Cottages at the Hill acquired from Mark Skelton by Jas Holworthy and Miss Wright.
