Title
Appointment made between 1. William Markham of Middleton, county Warwick yeoman and Mary his wife, late widow of John Gilbert, late of Middleton grazier 2. Abijah Hill the elder as in D 779B/T 1142-3 and Abijah Hill the younger late of Fisberwick, county Stafford, but now of Attleborough, county Warwick gentleman and 3. Abijah Gilbert of Coxbich, county Leicester yeoman eldest son of Mary (Markham) and John Gilbert, by which for 5s paid by Gilbert to the Markhams and in consideration of Mary's love for her son, the Markhams appointed with the Hills' consent, property as in D 779B/T 1142-3 to Gilbert.
