Lease and release to uses by 1. George Gilbert of Weston yeoman and John Gilbert of Dordon, parish Polesworth, county Warwick grasier eldest son and heir of George by Margaret his late wife to 2. Thomas Chesher of Hinckley, county Leicester, yeoman, of close in lordship of Weston called Old Close containing 5 acres in the tenure of Katherine Robinson, between close of Joseph Bostock on the North and the Trent on the south (heretofore purchased by Thomas Gilbert) to use of John Gilbert.
