Description
Reciting that Smedley in 1748 purchased from John Simpson of Aston labourer a cottage on Aston Moor, Aston, and that the title deeds have been mislaid, and that in order to perfect the title to the cottage 1. levied a fine with Thomas Dalby and Ann his wife in Michaelmas Term 18 GIII and witnessing that the fine (as for and concerning the cottage said to be in Aston) is declared to be to the use of any writing of William Smedley and in default thereof, to the use of him, his heirs and assigns for ever
