Lease and release by William Daykin of Aston blacksmith to Edward Anthony Holden of Aston esquire for £240 of cottage in possession of Betty Barton, cottage in possession of Joseph Moreton, cottage in possession of Thomas Roberts and cottage in possession of James Birkin, all in Aston, by the will of Mary Daykin of Aston widow of Thomas late of Aston blacksmith, dated 14 April 1803, devised to William as house and garden where Thomas Brown (sic) lived, and house where Stephen Brown and John Barton lived, the cottages in the possession of Roberts and Birkin having been built on some part of the said premises by William Daykin
