William Whiston of Derby gentleman for £49 of premises as in mortgage of 1820 (D779/T/6/7/7), except that no tenant is given for the cottage, and of 2 messuages in the possession of William and John Halladay, referring to the will of John Halladay late of Aston bricklayer dated 15 March 1821, leaving the premises to his wife for her life or widowhood, then to his sons William and John.
