John Halladay of Aston bricklayer and William Whiston of Derby gentleman, Halladay's trustee, for £80, of messuage with garden in Aston formerly divided into 4 tenements (reciting earlier tenants back to George Redwood) but now used as one dwelling in the possession of John Halladay, with use of well adjoining to a cottage heretofore belonging to John Clarke of Aston tailor deceased and in possession of Catherine Clarke and John Gaskin, but now of Catherine Clarke and Elisha Coxon
