Conveyance by 1. Sarah Clarke of Aston widow of John late of Aston tailor to 2. Reverend Charles Holden of Aston for £40 and £5 annuity secured to Sarah Clarke by Holden's bond of even date, of messuage with garden now divided into 4 dwellings in Aston, before in possession of George Redwood and late of Wild, Dummelow, Bull and Tomlinson as in D 779B/T 818-9 but now only two are occupied, by Martha Domelow and Thomas Summerfield, with use of well in yard adjoining to a cottage lately belonging to John Clarke at Aston and in possession of Catherine Clarke and John Gaskin
