Description | Reciting inter alia that mortgages of 1820 and 1822 have not been paid and that legacies charged upon the premises by John Halladay's will have been paid and witnessing that for effecting D 779B/T 659 and for £80 and £49 paid by Holden to Whiston in discharge of the mortgages, at the request of William and John Halladay and for £11 paid by Holden to William and John Halladay, Whiston and the Halladays released to Holden a messuage in Aston formerly divided into 4 dwellings but lately used as one (giving tenants back to Redwood, though excluding mention of Charles Holden as a tenant) with use of well in yard described as in D 779B/T 823. |
