Title
Attested copy of the will of John Prior of Aston: to Robert Holden of Weston clerk and brother in law Elias Simpson of Lubsthorpe, county Leicester, all properties in Aston and elsewhere and personal estate in trust by mortgage or sale, to pay debts, then to levy out of the estate £30 for son Benjamin at age 22, £20 for any child his wife may have conceived, payable at age 22, to son John 5s. immediately and if wife has no more children £20 more for Benjamin;
to wife remainder of estate for the education of the children until son John is 24, then John is to have half the cottages and lands etc in Aston, testator's wife the other half for life, her half to go to John the son at her death (Will 10 March 1718/19, proved 7 Apr 1719)
