Descriptioncontaining 22 acres in occupation of Joseph Botham and, with the exception of Furs Close devised to him by will of father Jacob, purchased by him from Messrs Brownhill and Prior, and 2) close with 5 cottages and a schoolroom standing thereon and 4 cottages in the occupation of John Bull, Joseph Joines, Mary Groves and Francis Kerry, all in Aston and all of which were devised to Joseph by his father's will, subject to payment of £2,000 and interest due on mortgage to Michael Wilson of Normanton next Derby gentleman of premises 1) and payment of £500 and interest to Jacob Smith of Aston butcher due on mortgage of premises 2) the deeds providing for sale of the premises in default of money, the surplus to be paid to Botham
