Assignment of mortgage by 1. John Annable of 42, West Square, Surrey, gentleman executor of William Botham late of Hopwell farmer deceased, at the request of 2. Joseph Botham of Aston farmer to 3. William Willson of Newcastle under Lyne, county Stafford, gentleman reciting the mortgage of 1816, that £1,057 15s 9d remains unpaid, and for £1,057 15s 9d paid by Willson to Annable and for £942 4s 3d paid by Willson to Botham making £2,000 in all, assigning term in premises as in 1816 (D 779B/T 796)
