Joseph Bostock of Weston yeoman for £230 of several pieces of meadow or pasture ground and beast gates in Aston (described in detail), several pieces of arable lying dispersed in fields in Aston containing 27 acres, 50 sheep pastures through the common pastures, fields and commonable places in Aston, all in the tenure of Hugh Gascoigne and reputed to be one yardland and conveyed to Joseph Burton by John Pryor of Aston yeoman and Frances his wife and Leonard Fosbrooke of Shardlow gentleman on 19, 20 Jan 10 Anne [1712]
