Mortgage by lease and release by 1. Lucy Clarke of Aston widow of William late of Aston shoemaker, both devisees in fee named in the will of Robert Clarke of Derby later of Aston deceased to 2. William Kirkman butler to Sir Robert Wilmot of Chaddesden Bart. for £150 of messuage with outbuildings, garden, orchard, together about 1 acre, in the occupation of Lucy Clarke, messuage in occupation of Thomas Birkin, messuage and garden in occupation of John Clifford, messuage and garden in occupation of Robert Spray, messuage with garden in the occupation of William Roberts all of which are situate together or near to each other in Aston, and were late the state of Robert Clarke deceased and one of the messuages and the land whereon all the other of the said messuages now stand were purchased by him from Josph Sikes esquire
